How to report a problem?

1. Fill in your return request as completely as possible. The more information you provide when registering, the less we need to ask, and the faster we can process your return. You can send your request to aftersales@proximusnxt.com

2. We will check the file and keep you informed of any developments.

3. We take care of the logistics: removal and possible delivery of a new device.


What is the returns process?

1. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt.

2. We then get to work, checking everything and informing you about the processing, or asking for additional information if necessary.


How long will this take?

In most cases, we have to revert to the manufacturer's warranty. Each manufacturer manages their warranty in their own way, but we'll keep you fully informed.
